Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency specified in the store. We may adjust prices at any time before order confirmation, without affecting previously confirmed orders.
The customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at the time of order placement.
We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs or government authorities in the customer's country.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability, review, and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

Custom and Special Orders
Sitrini offers a service to design or modify some products according to the customer's request.
When placing a special order, the customer is responsible for providing us with accurate measurements, specifications, images, and details, and for approving the final design or details before manufacturing begins.
The final item may differ slightly from reference images due to the nature of handmade work and material availability, while maintaining the agreed-upon shape and details as much as possible.
Special orders cannot be canceled or modified after design or manufacturing has begun, nor can they be returned due to a change of mind. This does not affect the customer's rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not conforming to the agreed-upon specifications.
Payment
The order value must be paid using one of the payment methods available on the checkout page.
The payment process is subject to the terms of the payment provider used, and the order may be refused or delayed if payment verification or authorization cannot be completed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped according to the durations and details outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping companies, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and required information. An incorrect address or failure to receive the shipment may result in additional reshipment fees.
Returns and Refunds
