Return and Exchange Policy
Since our products are designed for special occasions, the following hygiene and usage policies apply:
• Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, in resalable condition, with undamaged original packaging and all included accessories.
• Shipping Costs: Unless there is a defect caused by our company or the shipping process, all return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return Process: You must contact our support line to receive a "Return Code" before shipping the item back to us. Unannounced returns will not be processed.
